ABOUT BETSY
Betsy Shelton, who began her career as a loan officer, left the banking industry to focus on a career in the non-profit sector. She spent 18 years serving in various capacities with the YMCA throughout Western Kentucky and Tennessee as well as the local Chamber of Commerce, before returning to her financial roots in banking in 2010. With over 15 years in the banking and commercial lending industry, Shelton partnered with an experienced loan and business development team in Western Kentucky to build a new First Southern National Bank presence in Hopkinsville.
